Our pendants go through 3 phases – design, manufacture and shipping before it reaches you. Below is our timelines for the same

Design : 1 week (from the time we receive the image)

Manufacturing : 2 to 3 weeks from the end of design time

Shipping : 2 to 5 days

Total time : varies between 3 to 4 weeks

We require a clear image of the face in JPEG, PNG or PDF format. We can make side face pendants also if needed and in that case, side face image is needed.

INR 6000/- advance for beginning work

Balance amount to be paid after approval of design and manufactured piece and before shipping. COD available in select cities

We include free shipping to your doorstep. Free shipping takes about 2 to 5 days to reach you as we ship via reputed courier agencies.

Our delivery schedule for 2D picture pendants are as below

Our silver picture pendants can ship within 4 to 5 days from the receipt of clear image and payment. The shipping times vary upon the location of the customer

Our gold picture pendants can ship within one week from the receipt of clear image and payment. The shipping times vary upon the location and in most cases to reduce shipping costs, customer is requested to collect the pendant from the city collection center near them, pls discuss our shipping terms before placing an order for the gold pendant

We need 100% advance payment via bank transfer or any mobile wallet such as Google Pay, Paytm etc. You can also deposit the amount in our bank account, bank details will be sent upon request

Picture pendants are available in 92.5 silver as standard. Incase customer wants the pendant in18K or 22K gold, the same will be quoted accordingly. All our gold pendants will be hallmarked for purity.

In case of diamond single stone pendants, the same shall be quoted as per diamond size and clarity. Gold and diamond pendants would need 2 weeks to manufacture and ship.

We can also make any pendant in custom size and shape, all this should be discussed as per requirement and a complete quote will be provided upon request.

Our shipping charges are included in case of silver pendants. For gold and diamond pendants, shipping charges will be quoted along with the offer. Packaging is included in the price, we include a pendant case with every order
